By accessing this website and utilizing the services of Good Choice Chiller Transport LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Provision
Good Choice Chiller Transport provides temperature-controlled logistics (Chiller/Freezer Vans and Trucks). While we guarantee a thermal range of +8°C to -25°C, the client is responsible for ensuring cargo is properly packaged for transport.
2. Rental & Booking
Driver Services: Unless otherwise specified, rentals include a professionally trained driver.
Dispatch: Same-day delivery requests are subject to vehicle availability at our Mussafah hub.
Cancellations: Booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service fee.
3. Compliance & Safety
All transport operations strictly adhere to ADAFSA, HACCP, and GDP standards. We reserve the right to refuse cargo that is illegal, hazardous (unless pre-approved), or packed in a way that threatens the integrity of our cooling units.
4. Liability
Good Choice Chiller Transport is not liable for losses caused by delays beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, major road accidents, or port delays).
Our liability for cargo spoilage is limited to instances of proven mechanical failure of the refrigeration unit.
5. Payment Terms
Payments must be settled according to the terms agreed upon in the specific service contract or invoice. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees as per UAE commercial regulations.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
